Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, reports of inspections or investigations, and recommendations for action.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan.
• Analyze defects and root causes to determine corrective actions.
• Coordinate corrective action plans with managers or supervisors.
• Monitor implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Collect, analyze, and report performance metrics.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure contract conformance.
• Document standardized work instructions with managers and supervisors.
• Provide briefings to top management on quality control inspections and initiatives.
