ProcessHQ, Inc. is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Director in Glendale, California, to oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities. This leadership role ensures compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements while developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems.

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry along with management experience in QA/QC. The position includes mentorship of QC/QA personnel and oversight of quality systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulated industries.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in QA/QC, or Quality Operations.
• Experience with investigations, CAPA management, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001-2015.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements.
• Lead internal audits and support customer audits.

Skills

Experience in pharmaceutical industry
