Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year general office experience preferred.
• 1 year in an inpatient or outpatient medical setting with clerical experience in opening and closing medical records and/or front-office receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provided administrative support by entering client information, reviewing documents for accuracy, and scanning records into the electronic medical records system.
• Maintained data in tracking systems and scheduled appointments for psychiatrists.
• Assisted with front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and processing mail.
• Ordered office supplies and audited scanned client records for errors or missing documents.
