• Conduct comprehensive reviews of client case files for compliance with regulations, policies and best practices.
• Document thoroughly; ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of records.
• Analyze trends to identify issues and areas for improvement; track performance indicators.
• Prepare corrective action plans and follow up to ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance to agencies on policy interpretation and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to address quality concerns.
• Conduct onsite reviews of agencies to evaluate compliance with regulations and licensing.
