Management & Training Corporation in Centerville, Utah, is seeking an in-office Data Integrity Auditor to join the corporate office. The role focuses on audits and evaluations to maintain data integrity and quality assurance of contracts in line with government and company directives.

You will audit admissions folders, ensure complete information is forwarded to Job Corps centers, and report findings to supervision, supporting compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and audit 100% of admissions folders same-day as submitted by specialists.
• Ensure information is complete and forwarded to Job Corps centers; present findings to supervisor.
• Maintain records of data integrity errors and note them on tracking documents.
• Ensure compliance with MTC and government record keeping requirements.
• Audit Open Cases and Communications Logs monthly and present findings to the Manager.
• Review Constituent Issues daily and resolve same-day; notify supervisor of resolution.
• Assign interested prospects to Student Recruiting Specialists based on caseload sizes and availability.
• Assist in initial communication to all prospective students and verify interest and basic eligibility.
• Contact withdrawn applicants to reengage interest in reopening applications.
• Conduct pre-departure calls to applicants pending arrival and coordinate with center records.
• Follow up with Job Corps Center if file is pending review more than 14 days.
