Leaf Forge, a Pryor, Oklahoma tobacco processing facility, is hiring a QA Associate to conduct tests on materials and products, collect samples, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a science field is a plus.
• 0-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or laboratory setting.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished tobacco products.
• Collect and prepare samples for analysis according to SOPs.
• Operate basic laboratory equipment and perform standard tests.
• Record and document test results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory cleanliness and organization.
• Follow safety protocols and ISO quality standards.
• Participate in QA/QC activities.
