Job summary

Leaf Forge, a tobacco processing facility in Pryor, Oklahoma, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist in cigarette manufacturing and packaging operations. You will handle material flow from raw materials to finished goods and cross-train across departments to support production.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work in a tobacco environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Manufacturing warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a tobacco manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production with material requirements for work centers per detailed work instructions.
• Pull materials from designated stock locations per schedule and pick tickets.
• Inspect packaging of raw material to maintain quality within guidelines.
• Communicate with colleagues and supervision to allocate materials correctly.
• Support and maintain adequate raw material levels for continuous production.
• Work in a team, learn new processes, and follow department guidelines.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and innovative environment.
