Job summary

Leaf Forge in Pryor, Oklahoma, a cutting-edge tobacco processing facility, is seeking a QA/Lab Technician to conduct routine inspections, tests, and sample preparation. You will operate basic lab equipment and document results, while maintaining safety and ISO-compliant workflows.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in QA or lab settings, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills. The role supports a team-based environment with opportunities for growth and reliable benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s in science is a plus.
• 0–2 years of QA or laboratory experience.
• Basic knowledge of lab techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished tobacco products.
• Collect and prepare samples for analysis according to SOPs.
• Operate basic laboratory equipment and perform standard tests.
• Record and document test results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards, including ISO requirements.

Leaf Forge is a cutting-edge tobacco processing facility based in Pryor, Oklahoma. With construction completed in 2024, this facility spans 250,000 square feet and is adjacent to its parent company, Xcaliber International. This state-of-the-art processing facility employs advanced manufacturing and processing technologies to transform raw tobacco into the finished product used in cigarette production. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished tobacco products.
• Collect and prepare samples for analysis according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operate basic laboratory equipment and perform standard tests.
• Record and document test results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards, including ISO requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or an associate's degree in a scientific field is a plus.
