Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team in Michigan. The role supports inventory accuracy, documents control, and compliance with federal regulations.

You will update computer records, manage MTRs and ISO documentation, and collaborate with customers and leadership to improve efficiency and costs. We look for 0-2 years QA experience, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with pipe yards, Heat Numbers, MERIs, ISOs and MTRs.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of quality assurance experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MTRs, ISO documentation, and related records.
• Familiarity with pipe yards and heat numbers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update computer records to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain MTRs and ISO documentation for products.
• Inspect and verify goods against shipment records.
• Assist in improving processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
