Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team in a warehouse setting. The role focuses on updating inventory records, managing MTRs and ISO documentation, and ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving procedures.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years QA experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse systems. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with hourly pay between $15.00 and $25.39.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years quality assurance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
• Experience working with MTRs, MERIs, ISO documentation.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately updates information to maintain inventory records.
• Manages Material Test Reports (MTRs) and ISO documentation.
• Represents Ferguson to customers, associates and leadership as needed.
• Develops and recommends improvements to promote efficiency and lower costs.
• Examines invoices and shipping documents for regulatory compliance.
• May recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency.
• Ensures goods are verified against shipment records.
• Records received and shipped items according to procedures.
• Inspects, identifies and delivers to stocking locations.
• Follows procedures to receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods.
• Performs work in accordance with safety standards and policies.
• Participates in meetings and communicates concerns to management.
