Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team in a warehouse setting. The role focuses on updating inventory records, managing MTRs and ISO documentation, and ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving procedures.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years QA experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse systems. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with hourly pay between $15.00 and $25.39.

Qualifikationen

Ferguson is now seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Accurately updates information on computer to maintain inventory records.
• Manages Material Test Reports (MTRs) and ISO documentation for industrial products.
• Represent the FEI organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed.
• Develops and recommends improvements to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.
• Examines invoices and shipping documents to ensure accordance with federal regulations.
• May recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations.
• Ensure goods are verified against records of shipment.
• Accurately records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
• Responsible for inspection, identification, and delivery to stocking locations.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse.
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures.
• Participates and presents in meetings and communicates any concerns to management.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years quality assurance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
• Experience working in pipe yards, with Heat Numbers, MERI’s, ISO’s and MTR’s are strongly preferred.
• Previous material handling equipment (sit-down forklift, order picker, reach truck) experience is a plus.
• Warehouse Management System and RF Scanner experience is preferred.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.

Pay Range:

• $15.00 - $25.39

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
