Requirements

• Proficient in Windows based environment, specifically Word, Excel, and Access
• Quality/Production must meet or exceed standards
• Attendance, professionalism and a positive attitude must be maintained
• Quality, insurance and claims experience helpful
• Mortgage servicing, customer service, data entry experience a plus
• Clear understanding of all processes and various servicing platforms
• Understanding of the client’s business rules
• Understanding of insurance documents and the lender placed process
• Understanding of the Loss Draft process
• Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard, mouse, and telephone use 7–8 hours per day
• Ability to sit at a desk 7–8 hours per day
• Speech, hearing, and vision sufficient for required communication and computer-monitor use
