Innova Solutions is seeking a Salesforce QA Analyst for a 6+ month contract in IL (remote). The role focuses on quality assurance for Salesforce solutions, leading test strategy, data, environments, and end-to-end planning, while training teams on automation and defect analysis.

Strong experience in Salesforce testing, test automation, and Agile practices is required. Responsibilities include developing test cases, executing tests, and producing metrics to guide go/no-go decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Testing experience with Salesforce Platform
• Expert level grasp of Quality Assurance fundamentals
• Hands-on test development and execution background in Salesforce platform is a plus
• Extensive experience with test automation
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter and Gatling
• Familiarity with Tosca, Tosca DI, and Selenium
• Tosca certification 1&2 preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Agile practices and Jira
• Knowledge of test management tools (Jira, qTest)
• Basic software development and scripting skills

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Salesforce QA Analyst

Position type: Full-time Contract

Role: Salesforce QA Analyst

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Location : IL - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

A Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions and applications.
Leads development of test strategies, leading end to end test planning including, data, environments, end to end use case definitions, overseeing test execution, facilitating stakeholder review of test outcomes and go-no-go decisions. Assists in training teams on automation, documentation, and root cause analysis.
Experience with defect life cycle and triage. Ability to collect report on and analyze defect metrics, determine trends, and recommend options to improve.
Monitor quality release by release. Locate key testing process improvement opportunities. Interacting with business teams on initiatives and how they should be approached from a testing standpoint. Provide test metrics and facilitates discussions with project teams and stakeholders to drive go-no-go decisions. Develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications.
Assist teams with test design and automation for all types of testing, including system, regression, functional, end-to-end, data integrity, and performance. Automate test cases and scenarios.
Provide workshops, training, and standards for business teams around user acceptance testing practices. Governance to ensure adequate test coverage and best practices.
Configure and manage test environments and data related to strategies.
Exhibit a holistic approach to testing strategies. Strong business awareness and priorities. Analyze and offer architectural improvements to determine testability. Build end point simulations as necessary.
Enterprise test tool management and administration.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education

5+ years of Testing experience with Salesforce Platform (strongly desired).
Expert level grasp of Quality Assurance fundamentals.
Hands on test development and execution background in a Salesforce platform is a plus.
Extensive experience with test automation. Familiarity with performance testing tools (jMeter, Gatling, etc.).
Familiarity with enterprise test automation suites (Tosca, Tosca DI, Selenium).
Tosca certification 1&2 (preferred).
Extensive knowledge of Agile practices and Jira.
Knowledge of test management tools (Jira, qTest).
Basic software development and scripting skills.
Temperament Ability to adapt to and assist colleagues through change and support change management processes.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $57 - $62/- per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
