Job summary

Northern Trust is hiring an Investor Services Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure final deliverables for hedge fund clients meet standards. You will review trade confirms, capital activity, AML/KYC, and investor reporting with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role supports the hedge fund services team, coordinating with investor services reps and internal shared services to maintain high-quality deliverables and smooth handoffs under deadline pressure.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Performs daily reviews and executes controls before final deliverables are sent out.
• Completes daily reviews / tasks in a timely manner meeting deliverable timelines.
• Works effectively as a team member but also independently.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters proactively and follows through on projects to completion.
• Works closely with the investor services rep to ensure seamless hand off for review of activity.
• Coordinate and identify breaks / discrepancies with investor team.
