Job summary

Filevine is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with 5+ years of experience to analyze requirements, plan and execute manual testing, troubleshoot bugs, and collaborate with QA engineers to expand automated test coverage. You will understand user stories, create test cases and test scenarios, and develop structured test plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of bug tracking software preferred.
• Knowledge of Test Management Tools such as Azure Test Plans, Test Rail, or other similar products.

• Our Quality Engineering team is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (5+ years experience) responsible for analyzing requirements, planning and executing manual testing, troubleshooting bugs, and collaborating with QA engineers to expand automated test coverage
• Understand user stories/requirements and create test cases and test scenarios
• Create structured test plans & approaches
• Dig into technical problems and write clear, detailed, and repeatable defect reports
• Reproduce bugs reported by support team
• Verify and close bug tickets
• Prioritize test cases and plan test execution effectively
• Conduct exploratory testing to evaluate robustness and functionality of products
• Work with QA engineers to increase automation coverage of features based on business priorities and risks
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work
