CareerSource Broward (CSBD) seeks a Quality Assurance support role in the Quality Assurance Department to help plan and coordinate quality management activities, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The position requires in-person work at CSBD's facilities in Fort Lauderdale.

You will collect and analyze QA data, drive continuous quality improvement, and contribute to CSBD's performance goals. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Job description

• Employment Status: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Exemption Status: Exempt
• Salary: Range begins at $55,900. Starting salary dependent on education and experience.

Description:

CareerSource Broward (CSBD) has an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work with the Quality Assurance Department. Position will assist with planning and coordinating quality management program activities to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including conducting quality assurance data collection, analysis and continuous quality improvement activities in support of achieving the organization’s performance goals. Position requires in-person interactions and is performed onsite at a physical location of CSBD.
