Job summary

Broward Health Imperial Point, Department: Quality, is seeking a Data Analyst to provide strategic and tactical data support. You will analyze data, interpret results, and propose creative solutions to enhance patient safety and education within the quality program.

Minimum 3 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Admin, Information Management, Business Admin, or related field are required; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Information Management, Business Admin or related field from a 4-year program.
• Three years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical data analysis to inform organizational decisions and drive improvements.
• Interpret data and create actionable insights to support clinical performance initiatives.
• Identify and track clinical performance issues and report findings to the quality team.
• Support the quality department in preparation, coordination and response activities.

• Three Years of related experience
