Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Delaware County DHS Office of Children and Youth Services is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator for the Children Youth and Families Program Specialist 2 role. Qualifications

• One year as a Children, Youth and Families Program Specialist 1; or three years of professional level experience in the field of children, youth and families; and a bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Quality Oversight: Lead quality assurance activities that support compliance with regulations and agency requirements
• Data Management: Review CAPS information, confirm data accuracy, and support reporting needs
• Leadership Support: Guide staff through quality processes and assist with improvement planning
• Process Review: Manage review procedures for permanency and congregate care and issue written findings
• Team Collaboration: Work with management to develop case and record review plans
