Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Quality Assurance professional for our manufacturing client in Minster, OH. You will read blueprints to verify part accuracy, inspect components throughout production, and document results while reporting non-conformances.

Collaborate with fabricators and QA/QC teams to resolve issues, operate shears or punches when inspection volume is low, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. This temp-to-hire role offers weekly pay and day one benefits.

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Quality Assurance for our client. Responsibilities include reading blueprints to verify part accuracy, inspecting components throughout production, and documenting results while reporting any non-conformances. You’ll collaborate with fabricators and QA/QC teams to resolve issues and operate equipment like shears or punches when inspection volume is low.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Read and interpret blueprints to verify the accuracy of fabricated parts.
• Inspect parts and components throughout the fabrication process to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Document inspection results and report any discrepancies or non-conformances.
• Collaborate with fabricators and the QA/QC team to address and resolve issues.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?
