Job summary

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Quality Assurance professional for our manufacturing client in Minster, OH. You will read blueprints to verify part accuracy, inspect components throughout production, and document results while reporting non-conformances.

Collaborate with fabricators and QA/QC teams to resolve issues, operate shears or punches when inspection volume is low, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. This temp-to-hire role offers weekly pay and day one benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience operating a shear and/or punch machine is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexible and willing to take on varied responsibilities.
• Good communication for reporting and collaboration.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities
