Responsibilities

• Maintain quality of all equipment during receiving, storage/preservation, exercise, QA, final inspections and shipping.
• Confirm quality standards meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers during audits and visits.
• Assist with office functions, such as inventory and check-in/check-out of drivers.
• Use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook daily.

Job Description

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

In this role you will be responsible for completing pre-delivery inspections on heavy equipment and performing shipping/receiving functions.

• Maintain the quality of all equipment stored at the facility during receiving, storage/preservation, exercise, pre-delivery/QA, final inspections and shipping.
• Confirm that quality standards meet or exceed customer requirements
• Maintain regular and frequent communication with both internal, (Keen Customer Service, Safety, and Quality) and external customers and during audits and visits
• Assist with office functions, such as inventory, checking drivers in and out.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and One Solution will be used daily
• Filing paperwork and housekeeping of your general area

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED

• Experience operating construction and agricultural equipment, as well as lift trucks and cranes
• Ability to use smartphone technology to complete inspections and other electronic forms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of employees and management
• Strong organizational skills
• Must pass post offer drug screen and background check as a condition of hire
• Regular and punctual attendance as required
• Steel toed boots/shoes are required
• Have a valid driver\’s license and a clean driving record

What You Are Physically Able To

• Climb, stoop, crawl, bend, stretch, lift and carry
• Walk the yard area for purposes of inspection and identification of machinery and or pieces
• Willing to work outside all year long in all reasonable weather conditions
• Complete a full workday walking and/or standing
• Perform work from a wide range of positions including standing, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, reclining, and climbing on scaffolding or ladders
• Sufficient hand and arm strength to un-package and inspect parts
