Job summary

Wallenius Wilhelmsen group is seeking a Manufacturing-Heavy Equipment Assembler at our Brunswick, GA equipment processing center. You will complete assembly of partially built heavy equipment using hand, electric and air-powered tools.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. You’ll work outdoors, read manuals, and adhere to OSHA standards while supporting a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Operate heavy equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Read and interpret machine manuals and schematics.
• Understand hydraulic and electrical systems for construction equipment.
• Must have hand dexterity and be able to withstand tool vibration.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 15 feet.
• Must complete a full workday standing/walking in all weather.
• Valid driver's license required.

Keen, a Wallenius Wilhelmsen company, is seeking Manufacturing-Heavy Equipment Assembler at our equipment processing center in Brunswick, GA.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Complete assembly of partially built heavy equipment using hand, electric, and air-powered tools
• Unpackage, install, and remove machine parts
• Drive and operate equipment including backing up, tilting or raising or lowering attachments or other machine movements to facilitate proper assembly
• Be able to work outside in all reasonable weather condition
• Read and interpret machine manuals and schematics for assembly purposes
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety regulations

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment , forklifts, overhead cranes
• Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and schematics
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems for construction and agricultural equipment
• Sufficient hand dexterity and strength to operate a sledgehammer, power tools and withstand vibration of tools
• Ability to lift overhead 50 lbs and climb to/work at heights of up to 15 feet
• Ability to complete a full workday walking and/or standing in all reasonable weather conditions
• Current valid driver’s license
