Stored Energy Concepts is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Associate I to join our Quality Control team in Pottstown, PA. This position inspects incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and measurements on incoming, in-process, and finished products.
• Use precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges, microscopes, oscilloscopes, ohm meters, and other testing equipment. (Oscilloscope added as requested; not listed in the original job description.)
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify quality concerns.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Verify product rework and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Frequent handling of small components and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience, or 2 years as an Assembler Level 1/Production Associate 1.
• Basic understanding of quality control and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and computer proficiency.
• Ability to pass an ATF background check.
