Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities

• Perform inspections for company products to determine conformance with specifications.
• Utilize standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Use CMM.
• Read and interpret customer prints, drawings, and specifications.
• Process associated documentation including process tags, rework tags, and nonconforming material documents.
• Work under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques.
• Assist in preparation of quality sheets and CMM programs.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic knowledge in QS and ISO standards is recommended.
• CMM knowledge and one to three years of blueprint reading preferred.
• Knowledge and skills in standard mechanical and electrical instruments and functional gauges.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Knowledge of industry standards (SAE ASME, ANSI, AMS, ASTM, FED-STD, MIL) preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft programs required.

Physical Requirements
