Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assemble small components and finished products in a production environment.
  • Use hand tools such as tweezers and pliers to perform detailed assembly work.
  • Operate precision equipment including stereo microscopes, gravimetric scales, industrial air presses, and epoxy dispensers.
  • Follow process travelers, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Position Summary

As a Production Associate I, you will assemble parts, components, and finished products while meeting established quality and productivity standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive precision work using specialized equipment and hand tools.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble small components and finished products in a production environment.
  • Use hand tools such as tweezers and pliers to perform detailed assembly work.
  • Operate precision equipment including stereo microscopes, gravimetric scales, industrial air presses, and epoxy dispensers.
  • Follow process travelers, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.
  • Package finished products and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Depending on your assigned work area, duties may also include:

  • Weighing and pressing materials while recording measurements.
  • Applying epoxy to miniature components using a microscope.
  • Working with fine wire assemblies and electrical bridge circuits under magnification.
  • Applying specialized coatings to precision components.
  • Bending small-gauge wire using manual techniques, pliers, and fixtures.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
  • 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience.
  • Entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to pass an ATF background check.

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed assembly work.
  • Frequent use of fine finger movements and hand manipulation.
  • Frequent close-up visual inspection using microscopes and precision equipment.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Frequent handling of small components and tools.
