Stored Energy Concepts (SEC) is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate I to join our growing Operations team. This hands-on manufacturing position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with small components, precision tools, and detailed assembly processes. Position Summary
As a Production Associate I, you will assemble parts, components, and finished products while meeting established quality and productivity standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive precision work using specialized equipment and hand tools.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble small components and finished products in a production environment.
- Use hand tools such as tweezers and pliers to perform detailed assembly work.
- Operate precision equipment including stereo microscopes, gravimetric scales, industrial air presses, and epoxy dispensers.
- Follow process travelers, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Package finished products and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Depending on your assigned work area, duties may also include:
- Weighing and pressing materials while recording measurements.
- Applying epoxy to miniature components using a microscope.
- Working with fine wire assemblies and electrical bridge circuits under magnification.
- Applying specialized coatings to precision components.
- Bending small-gauge wire using manual techniques, pliers, and fixtures.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience.
- Entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to pass an ATF background check.

- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

- Frequent close-up visual inspection using microscopes and precision equipment.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Frequent handling of small components and tools.
