Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Quality Associate Lead in Charlotte, NC to provide floor-level leadership for quality during the shift. You will support Quality Associates, monitor audits, and help maintain compliance with established quality standards on a manufacturing floor.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing quality control and strong communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work on-site in Charlotte.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing quality control or related environment.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily floor-level leadership and support to Quality Associates during the shift.
• Monitor audit activity, production flow, quality concerns, and staffing coverage on the floor.
• Coordinate and redistribute Quality resources based on demand and risks.
• Support in-process and final quality audits, reinspection and containment activities as needed.
• Coach team members to improve inspection effectiveness and team performance.
