The Quality Assembly Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the assembly team while ensuring products are built safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

This role provides hands-on leadership by coordinating production activities, coaching team members, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and partnering with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to drive first-time quality and on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3–5 years of manufacturing or assembly experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily assembly operations to meet production schedules with quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate daily production priorities with Team Leads, Production Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Operations.
