The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reading and following directions, and willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed. Prior manufacturing experience is valued and a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Verify product meets specifications including dimensions and construction.
• Perform quality tests as directed by operator and record data.
• Retrieve product from conveyor and package in boxes/bags.
• Assemble and label boxes and palletize per specification.
• Thread web and bale waste product as part of production.
• Operate and maintain basic production equipment as instructed.
• Adhere to attendance, safety, and Brady policies.
