Responsibilities

• Manually assemble and visually inspect finished products.
• Perform hand-assembly production jobs.
• Be responsible for quality and quantity of parts packed.
• Adhere to control plan and approved work instructions.
• Ensure IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 compliance.
• Communicate equipment and output problems to supervisor.
• Implement efficiency improvements (more good parts per hour).
• Contribute to Lean Manufacturing processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all safety rules and keep work area clean.
• Set and use scales appropriately.
• Identify materials and parts by size.
• Handle box making tasks.
• Adhere to lot traceability procedures.
• Report on-time for shifts and maintain good attendance.
• Participate in inventory control processes.
• Grind runners and process scrap as needed.
• Stage skids for production.
• Assist coworkers during breaks.
• Complete necessary paperwork for production.
