Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented packaging inspector to manage final and in-process inspection, labeling, and packaging of stock and custom products. You will operate turret rewind and packaging equipment, record data, and ensure timely shipment while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Candidates should read work orders, communicate well with teammates, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Weekend overtime may be required to meet production and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders through blueprints and drawings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inspection, labeling, and packaging processes.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment and recording data.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Basic math and data entry skills; proficiency with computers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished and in-process products to specification.
• Package and label stock and custom products per orders.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Record data accurately either electronically or manually.
• Move and ship orders efficiently to finish goods.
• Maintain supplies and housekeeping in the packaging area.
