Holy Family Institute (HFI) is seeking a Quality and Data Specialist to join the HSPRS Quality and Compliance Team. This role focuses on data collection, survey design, reporting, and data visualization to drive program quality across Pittsburgh-area services.
The position requires managing data from multiple sources, creating reports, and partnering with program leads to support compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
Hours: FT Position, exempt, flexible schedule. Monday - Friday. May need to work weekends as needed.
Location: Hybrid: Remote and Main Campus in Emsworth

The Quality and Data Specialist will be part of the HSPRS Quality and Compliance Team (QCRS). Collect data, which includes using surveys, excel trackers, HFI electronic Health System, interviews, and other methods to gather data and enter it into reports, databases or spreadsheets. The employee will design and implement data collection methods,which include developing surveys, questionnaires, and other forms of data collection, as well as determining the sample size and sampling method. In addition, the employee will analyze and interpret data, which includes using statistical techniques to analyze the data and interpret the results to identify trends, patterns, and relationships. Furthermore, the employee will report and present findings, which include creating reports and visualizations, as well as summarizing and communicating the data and findings to stakeholders, such as managers and clients.
