Responsible for providing comprehensive payroll and benefits administration by processing accurate, timely payroll; ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; and managing employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave. Serves as a key liaison between employees, management, and third‑party vendors, handling audits, reporting, and issue resolution while maintaining strong regulatory knowledge and improving processes. Additionally supports employees through enrollment, training, and ongoing communication, while delivering data-driven insights to leadership.
