Job summary

Times Microwave Systems is seeking a Quality Technician to monitor metrics, analyze data, and summarize indicators to identify trends that impact product quality and business performance. You will support MRB activities, prepare quality reports, and maintain records like SQDC and KPI boards, enabling continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of college coursework.
• 2 years of experience as a Quality Technician is acceptable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Outlook is preferred.
• Experience using light industrial testing equipment is a plus.
• Experience using CMM Vision System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with departments on Non-Conformance / Corrective Action status.
• Support MRB (Material Review Board) activities (Rework, Deviations, Scrap, etc.).
• Help implement quality initiatives and efficiencies.
• Collect, analyze and report trends that affect quality.
• Prepare performance metrics and quality reports.
• Maintain records including SQDC and KPI Boards.
• Assist with the preparation of FAIR (First Article Inspection reports).
