Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, with several years of quality/manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field with 2 years of quality or electrical manufacturing experience.
• Three or more years in quality or manufacturing engineering strongly preferred.
• Advanced analytics degree and/or ASQ CQA/CQE certs, Lean/Six Sigma certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pinpoint production inefficiencies to reduce defect rates and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize site projects and allocate resources.
• Apply Six Sigma and CAPA principles to optimize production lines and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report significant quality issues and recommend process improvements to management.
• Familiarize with MES and SFC systems and how they integrate with manufacturing lines.
• Handle quality data collection, abnormality management, and MIL follow-up.
