Improve manufacturing quality programs and provide quality support to production, engineering, suppliers, and product launches. Contain and resolve quality issues, apply statistical and Lean methods to prevent recurrence, manage supplier part approvals, and support the plant’s quality management system.
A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in engineering or a similar field, along with at least three years of quality experience in heavy manufacturing. The role also calls for Microsoft Office and Power BI proficiency; statistical quality experience, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and ISO 9001 internal-auditor-level knowledge are preferred.
