Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field is required.
• 3+ years in quality or manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Advanced degree or ASQ/CQE/CQA certification and Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pinpoint production inefficiencies to reduce defect rates and identify root causes.
• Lead cross-functional projects, plan resources and timing, and apply lean Six Sigma with CAPA and Quality System activities.
• Apply data analysis tools to optimize production, minimize variances, and prevent non-conformance.
• Report significant quality issues and propose process improvements to management.
• Master WORKFLOW systems (MES, SFC) and ensure integration with manufacturing lines.
• Manage IPQC team, overall QA for the manufacturing line, and REL Lab scheduling.
