Job summary

You will investigate complaints and nonconformances, lead corrective actions, analyze performance data, and collaborate across teams on continuous improvement and manufacturing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or related field; five+ years quality experience.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred; strong statistical analysis (Minitab) and quality systems experience.
• Experience with machining, casting, assembly, supplier quality, and audits.

Job description

Support and improve the quality management system, ensure product and process compliance, and manage audits, supplier quality, and quality documentation. Investigate complaints and nonconformances, lead corrective actions, analyze performance data, and collaborate across teams on continuous improvement and manufacturing effectiveness.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience; at least five years of quality-related experience is required. Preferred qualifications include a Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, statistical analysis experience with Minitab, quality systems development, CMM programming knowledge, and experience with machining, casting, assembly, supplier quality, and audits.
