Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program quality plans and procedures using SPC, lean concepts and six-sigma tools.
• Ensure performance and quality products conform to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review and report quality discrepancies across assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Interface with manufacturing, engineering, customers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.

Education

Bachelor's Degree + 3 years exempt experience

Master’s Degree + 1 year professional experience

NNS Apprentice School graduate

Navy Nuclear Power School graduate

Associate's Degree or 2-year program + 2 years exempt or 4 years non-exempt

Military Paygrade E-5 or above

High School/GED + 4 years Manufacturing/Shipbuilding/Military

High School/GED + 8 years Manufacturing/Shipbuilding/Military
