Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore is seeking a Quality Analyst to support data collection, analysis, and presentation of quality, utilization, finance, and clinical economics metrics. You will work with relational databases to enable insights that inform decision making.

The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor's degree, experience with relational databases, and a foundation in analytic statistical methods to drive evidence-based improvements in patient care.

• Experience with relational databases.

Salary Information

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
