Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. is seeking an Entry Level MRO Quality Administrator for its Miramar, FL site to support and maintain the QMS within a regulated aerospace environment.

You will assist with data entry, document control, supplier onboarding, and audits, while growing quality assurance skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook.
Experience with Aviation/MRO or ISO AS standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and improving the QMS.
Enter and maintain quality data in the ERP system.
Review calibration certificates for compliance.
Maintain equipment calibration records.
Maintain quality records and document control.
Organize technical documentation and procedures.
Assist with onboarding suppliers and supplier evaluations.
Support internal audits and CAPA activities.
Track nonconformities and corrective actions.
Prepare quality metrics and participate in management reviews.
Maintain training records and competency documentation.
Support audits and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

As an MRO Quality Administrator, you will:

Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Enter, update, and maintain quality-related data within the companys ERP system.
Review calibration certificates to verify compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
Maintain equipment calibration records and ensure timely updates.
Maintain quality records and ensure effective document control.
Serve as the technical data librarian by organizing, maintaining, and controlling technical documentation, procedures, specifications, manuals, and records.
Organize, update, and distribute controlled procedures, work instructions, forms, and technical documents.
Assist with onboarding and qualifying new suppliers, including maintaining supplier records and supporting supplier evaluations.
Support internal audits, desktop audits, and assist with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
Track nonconformities and monitor corrective actions through closure.
Assist in preparing quality metrics and supporting management review meetings.
Maintain technician training records and competency documentation.
Support customer, regulatory, and accreditation audits.
Verify compliance with company procedures, quality standards, customer requirements, and accreditation requirements.
Indirect purchases for Quality and Engineering Departments
Perform general administrative duties in support of the Quality Department.
