Valley Forge & Bolt Mfg. Co. is seeking a QA/QC support professional to assist in our Quality Management System. The role involves inspections, training, creation of C of C documents, issuing purchase orders for calibration and testing, and tracking vendor performance.
You will maintain calibration records, work with hand inspection tools, and generate quality certificates while coordinating with other departments to meet customer expectations and company goals.
This position will assist with the Quality Management System, as well as but not limited to: Inspections, Training, Creation of C of C's, issuing of purchase orders for Calibration & Testing. Assist on developing and maintaining Trends and tracking of vendors. The objective for the candidate will be a Key contributor of the team in providing support the companies Objective's Goals to meet and exceed expectations while achieving customer satisfaction. The candidate will share responsibilities in regards with NCF issues to drive employee communication and improvements . Other duties could be at various stages through the production processes such as: Receiving, In-Process or Final inspection stages.
