Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) seeks a senior leader to manage the Quality and Accreditation Operations department, driving strategy to improve quality of care, customer service, and resource use for FEP membership. You will oversee implementation of HEDIS/NCQA/URAC standards, collaborate with Plans and vendors, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

The role requires extensive healthcare process knowledge, advanced communication and presentation skills,

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or RN or equivalent.
• 7+ years in health care with progressive responsibility in project management.
• Expert knowledge of HEDIS/NCQA/URAC accreditation standards; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Quality and Accreditation Operations.
• Set strategic direction for QCR improvement and accreditation processes.
• Lead a team, ensuring effective performance management and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with accreditor standards and prepare/present materials for conferences and stakeholders.
