Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) seeks a seasoned Accreditation Lead to oversee Health Plan accreditation programs and NCQA/URAC submissions. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, craft strategic action plans, and guide plans and FEP through complex surveys.

The role requires experience with URAC/NCQA standards, strong stakeholder relations, and the ability to present findings at meetings and Town Hall sessions. Hybrid/onsite in DC area preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in health administration, nursing, public health or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 5+ years with URAC/NCQA accreditation standards in managed care.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate on strategies and translate into actionable plans and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects related to Health Plan accreditation.
• Manage relationships with accreditation contacts and accreditors.
• Develop strategic recommendations and provide tactical guidance to Plans and FEP.
