Job summary

Sermo is seeking a Project Manager for the Qualitative space to connect clients with thought leaders in healthcare and life sciences. You will manage client outcomes, oversee project leaders, and train team members while ensuring adherence to SOPs.

The role is client-facing with strong written and verbal communication expectations. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in qualitative market research, experience with project management tools and MS Office, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Research is strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in Qualitative market research or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other Sermo teams to achieve client research goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Research, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own successful project outcomes by working directly with clients to achieve qualitative research outcomes.
• Oversee Project Leaders and Associates in line with KPIs.
• Manage performance conversations and ongoing training of a team.
• Manage client project escalations and overall project communication.
• Ensure performance aligned to SOP expectations (internal and external).
• Participate in and lead training and onboarding of new team members.
• Support training and coaching of recruitment approaches with more junior managers and associates.
• Liaise with QA, Compliance and Operations to communicate and oversee Adverse Event Reporting activities per client requirements.
