Location: Brunswick County, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field.
Two (2) years of post-bachelor’s experience working with a mental health population.
Meets North Carolina requirements under 10A NCAC 27G.0104 for a Mental Health Qualified Professional (QP). Two (2) years of documented experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Applicants must meet all required education and experience qualifications.
Provide individual and group therapeutic and skill-building interventions in school and community settings.
Support behavioral functioning, coping skills, social skills, and educational success.
Develop and implement Person-Centered Plans.
Facilitate Child and Family Team meetings.
Collaborate with families, schools, treatment providers, and community partners.
Provide psychoeducation related to mental health and substance use.
Monitor client progress and coordinate transitions to appropriate services.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Perform approved physical restraints when clinically necessary and in accordance with required training and organizational policy.
