Qualifications

• Certified as a QMA/CMA by the state and maintain CNA certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, administers, and records prescribed medications for residents under licensed supervision.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
