Job summary

Belvedere Senior Housing in Merrillville, IN seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to deliver individualized care per care plans and to report health changes to the clinical team. You will engage with residents and families compassionately, while maintaining confidentiality and participating in ongoing training.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and Indiana QMA certification, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills to serve residents with dignity and respect.
