Job summary

Belvedere Senior Housing in Indiana seeks a Qualified Medication Aide to deliver individualized care per each resident’s plan. You will monitor health status changes and report to the clinical team, ensuring safety and dignity throughout daily interactions.

This role emphasizes strong communication with residents and families, ongoing education, strict confidentiality, and willingness to take on additional duties as needed. Indiana QMA certification and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• QMA certification completed in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident's care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate and meaningful way.
