Keepsake Village of Columbus is hiring for a Full Time position on the 2nd shift in Columbus, IN. The role requires a QMA certification in Indiana and a high school diploma or GED. The position offers hourly pay and a focus on compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include following care plans, reporting health changes, and engaging with residents and families to provide a positive, dignified experience. Continuous learning and teamwork are supported.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
