Job summary

Belvedere Senior Housing in Merrillville, IN is seeking a Part-time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for the 2nd shift. You will deliver personalized resident care in accordance with care plans and report changes to the clinical team.

Responsibilities include compassionate resident engagement, participation in educational activities, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the care team with ongoing learning. Comprehensive benefits and a supportive work-life balance are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
